Beth Costello

Beth Costello is a Partner at Wiser Partners with more than 25 years of corporate senior level recruiting experience from a variety of large companies, including Cargill (the largest privately held company in the United States), and Supervalu. She has deep experience recruiting and sourcing mid to upper-level management positions, both domestically and internationally, with a unique focus on the HR/Talent function. Beth has a master’s degree in industrial relations (MAIR) from the University of MN-Carlson Business School.
